Monitor includes email and SMS alerts. Monitor Pro adds Slack, PagerDuty and webhooks. Configure recipients and channels as part of service setup.
How are failed checks confirmed?
A failed check is verified from three regions before generating an alert.
Can I use my own domain for a status page?
Custom-domain status pages are included on Monitor Pro. Monitor Business includes white-label status pages.
What happens after I submit an order?
We confirm availability and provide an invoice with payment instructions. Service setup follows payment. You can view the order in your account.
