Yes. Migration is included on annual plans and available as an add-on for other billing periods. Send us the website address and current hosting details to arrange the transfer.

What does the free domain include?

Annual and longer plans include the first year of an eligible domain registration. The extension and renewal price are confirmed before registration.

What are the refund conditions?

Shared hosting has a 30-day refund window, subject to the exclusions and conditions in the Terms of Service.

Which control panel is included?

cPanel is included, with application installers for WordPress and other supported software.

What happens after I submit an order?

We confirm availability and provide an invoice with payment instructions. Service setup follows payment. You can view the order in your account.
