What does the uptime SLA cover?
The service includes a 99.99% uptime SLA. Read the service level agreement for measurement, exclusions and how to request credits.
What happens after I submit an order?
We confirm availability and provide an invoice with payment instructions. Service setup follows payment. You can view the order in your account.
